Michael was professional and knowledgeable but what impressed me the most was how he took the time to interact with my 5yo son who was interested in everything he was doing. He could have been in a rush to get to the next home, which I would have understood, but he explained each step he was taking to repair our issues as well as how each tool worked. My son can't wait until the next time our AC needs servicing.

HVAC Express did an outstanding job! I had 2 reminder notices prior to my scheduled time, and another enroute text this morning. Michael explained how the system worked and all that was done during the check-up and evaluation. He also gave me options and DID NOT try a hard sell for a new system! He was very thorough, efficient, and polite. I definitely recommend Priority for your spring A/C check up! And if you love dogs or have kids to entertain, ask him to bring along Freon, his amazing Blue Heeler, who does all kinds of tricks!
